LOW CARB GREEK YOGURT CHICKEN RECIPE

This low-carb chicken recipe is one of those classic chicken recipes that I'm sure you've ever tried in your life. My mother, for example, did this only with mayonnaise.
Ingredients

5 oz plain greek yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1.5 pounds chicken slices (whole) or chicken breasts (cut into quarters)
Parsley (minced, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 ° F. Lightly coat a 12-inch heat-resistant pan or 9 × 9 baking dish with a non-stick oil spray and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Add the chicken to the bowl with the yogurt mixture and cover the mixture with the whole chicken.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish (or to a frying pan). The chicken should be thinly coated with a mixture of yogurt. Do not put too much or any additional mixture residue.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
- Turn the oven over to fry, and place the pan under the roasting pan for 2-3 minutes, until it is lightly browned on top.
- Optional: garnish with chopped parsley.
