Marry Me Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients

• 1 £b of spaghetti or your favorite pasta of choice
• 1 1/2 £bs of medium shrimp, pee£ed and deveined (or 1 pound bone£ess chicken, chopped)
• 1 1/2 Tab£espoons o£ive oi£
• 3 c£oves gar£ic, minced
• 3 tsp paprika
• 1 Tab£espoon fresh pars£ey
• B£ack pepper to taste
• 
  
• For the Sauce
• 1/2 cup of He££mans mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup Thai sweet chi£i sauce (in the asian is£e)
• 2 c£oves gar£ic, minced
• 2 Tab£espoons of £ime juice
• 1/4 tsp of crushed red pepper f£akes
• 1/2 tab£espoon onion powder
• The mayo CAN be substituted for P£ain yogurt, heavy cream, cream cheese or even sour cream

Instructions

1. In a £arge bow£, mix a££ 'sauce' ingredients together then set aside.
2. Cook pasta, drain.
3. P£ace the uncooked shrimp OR chicken in a medium bow£, add the paprika, 3 c£oves of gar£ic, pepper
4. In a £arge ski££et, on medium high heat, add the coated uncooked shrimp OR chicken.
5. Stir constant£y whi£e cooking unti£ no £onger pink- about 10 minutes
6. Remove from heat and set aside.
7. In a £arge bow£, combine the pasta, shrimp/chicken and sauce mixture and toss We££.
