Frozen hot chocolate is so easy, and so delicious! Use ice cream and chilled hot chocolate to make this soft-serve treat. Vanilla ice cream is always a hit, but you could substitute coffee, chocolate, or hazelnut ice cream instead.

INGReDIeNTS

- 1 quart ice cream slightly softened
- 1 1/4 cups very strong hot chocolate chilled
- Whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or any other desired toppings

INSTRUCTIoNS

1. Place your serving cups and mixing bowl in the freezer for 30 minutes to get really cold.

2. Scoop the softened ice cream into the chilled mixing bowl, and mix on low speed with a paddle attachment for a few seconds to break down any lumps. add the chilled hot chocolate and mix just until you have a homogeneous texture—it should look like soft-serve ice cream.
